Terms of use
These cover this website and the demo lines on it. A client engagement is governed by its own signed agreement.
This document is not finished. 4 sections below are marked as not yet written, because they need a lawyer rather than a copywriter. The sections that are written describe how this site and these demo lines actually work, and are accurate.
What these terms cover
These apply to use of scaileai.com and the demo phone lines published on it. Services delivered to a client are governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, not by this page. Where the two differ, the agreement governs.
The demo lines
The published numbers connect to live AI agents running on sample configurations, for the purpose of letting a prospective customer hear how they behave. They are demonstrations:
- The businesses the agents appear to represent are samples, not real clients.
- Nothing said on a demo line creates an appointment, an order, a refund or any other commitment, whatever the agent confirms during the call.
- The agents are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, and are built to refuse to give it.
- Calling is at standard carrier rates. We do not charge for it.
The figures on this site
Worked examples and calculator outputs are models, not forecasts. They use the figures entered into them and the assumptions stated beside them, and they are labeled where they are illustrative. No result shown here is promised to any customer.
Pricing shown is indicative. A usage rate is published as a sanity check; the implementation charge and monthly minimum are quoted against a specific operation, and only a written quote is binding.
Content on this site
The text, structure, recordings and transcripts published here belong to ScaileAI. They may be read, quoted with attribution, and cited. They may not be republished wholesale or used to train a model without written permission.
